Josh McGuire Racing Tenth in Lucas Oil Series Points Heading to West Plains!

(GRAYSON, KENTUCKY) Josh McGuire and his #41 Dirt Late Model team invaded the Paducah International Raceway in Paducah, Kentucky on Friday night, May 15 for round twelve of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series schedule. Josh ran third in heat race action, which transferred him directly into the $10,000 to win feature event. After starting eleventh on the grid, Josh had a strong run going until a flat tire sent him pitside for fresh rubber. The Grayson, Kentucky driver returned to the speedplant to salvage a twelfth place performance in the SPEED Channel taped race.

The JMR team was then scheduled to be in action on Saturday evening, May 16 at the LaSalle Speedway in LaSalle, Illinois in another $10,000 to win Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series show. However, Mother Nature took the win on Saturday at LaSalle. Josh now finds himself tenth in the latest version of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series point standings. The cameras of the SPEED Channel will be on hand at WPMS this weekend to tape all of the dirt-slinging action for broadcast later in the year.
