Josh McGuire Dominates Portsmouth for Fourth Win of 2009; Pair of Lucas Oil Races Up Next!

(GRAYSON, KENTUCKY) Josh McGuire and his #41 Dirt Late Model team reached victory lane for the fourth time in the 2009 racing season on Saturday night, August 22 at the Portsmouth Raceway Park in Portsmouth, Ohio! Josh laid down the fourth quickest lap during qualifying at PRP and later won the dash. After starting from the pole position in the A-Main, Josh led all 25 circuits of the main event to capture the $2,000 top prize over Jackie Boggs, Greg Oliver, Chris Wilson, and Kenny Christy. The Josh McGuire Racing (JMR) team will now tackle two Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series events this upcoming weekend in Indiana and Kentucky. The newly-renovated Lawrenceburg Speedway in Lawrenceburg, Indiana will play host to a $10,000 to win show tonight, August 28, while the Bluegrass Speedway in Bardstown, Kentucky will do the same on Saturday evening, August 29.
